Utility Patents For Jewelry
1960 - 1979

My friend Mary Walden-Till of the UK is responsible for these pages of utility patents.  Her dedication in searching the US patent website and willingness to share her findings is greatly appreciated.

Definitions:
A Design Patent only protects the appearance of an article, not it's structural or functional features, and is usually used for decorative items.
A Utility Patent protects the structure and function of the invention.
