Miss America Bulova Watch 10K RGP c. 1955

Pretty vintage Bulova watch is a white 10k rolled gold plate wind up. The watch has an expansion band, and the case is about 1 inch long, including the area where it attaches to the band. The face needs cleaning, and I can't get the back and the works separated, so didn't want to risk damaging the watch. I saw the watch in a 1955 Bulova ad which said it was a 17 jewels Miss America style. It does not run.
