Dark Blue Stone Sterling Ring

Lovely large sterling ring has a dark blue cabochon stone that tests as a gemstone with a Presidium Gem Tester. I don't know what kind of stone it is. I can tell the blue color was applied to the top of the stone, as I can see a lighter color around the stones edges. The front center of the ring is 1 inch tall, and the ring is size 7, but could probably be sized up at least one size. It is in good condition and is marked "925" for Sterling.
