Antique Victorian Stickpin with Quartz Stone

Lovely Victorian stickpin has an 11mm cabochon stone that tests as quartz with my Presidium Gem Tester. It has an old style "twisted square pinstem. The pin is 2 3/8 inches long and the setting and stone are a little under 3/8 inch "tall". The pinstem and setting appear to be gold filled, but are not marked.
The pictures have a slight greenish blue hue, which the stone does not have. The stone is an opaque white with very pale tan inclusions. The stickpin is in very good condition, with the stone having 2 tiny "flea bites" that are visible under magnification.
"Vintage" means that an item is not recently made, may have been used or worn in the past and usually only one is available for purchase.
