Vintage Jewelry Scimitar Brooch With Rhinestones

Vintage goldtone brooch in the shape of a scimitar sword has topaz and clear rhinestones. It is 3 inches long, has a safety catch and is in very good condition, with just a little wear to the finish. It is probably from the late 1940's or early 1950's. It is marked "Made in U.S.A." and has a star shape with the number 6 inside.
It would be good for contemporary wear, or for Medieval costumes.
