Carl-Art Frosted Flower Sterling Brooch 4 Inches

Beautiful vintage Carl Art brooch is Sterling Vermeil with a 1 3/4 inch frosted glass flower centered with an aqua rhinestone. From the 1940's, this brooch is 4 inches tall and marked with the Carl-Art "C A" with an arrow thourgh the letters. The glass flower has some small nicks on the edge on two petals that are really not noticeable from the front. Otherwise, the brooch is in very good condition.
"Vintage" means that an item is not recently made & may have been used or worn in the past.
