Vintage brooch is a figural of a drum major fof a band strutting his "stuff"! It is 3 1/2 inches tall, has rhinestone accents and a red glass bead hanging from his hat. The enamel paint is crazed and has chipped off in a number of places. It is marked "NE" in a chalice, which is the mark of New England Glass Works.
"Vintage" means that an item is not recently made & may have been used or worn in the past.
