Beautiful necklace and bracelet have 1 3/8 inch square centerpieces with 15mm green artglass cabochons in openback settings. Inside the green stones there is a lighter green swirl pattern. Other prong-set glass stones in lapis, turquoise, onyx, jade and magenta ruby accent the centerpieces. "Pleats" of striated goldtone metal are at each corner and a twisted rope forms the bases of the centerpieces. The necklace has 3 mesh chains and 4 snake chains. The bracelet has 3 of each.
The craftsmanship of the necklace is excellent. On the bracelet, one edge at each end of the folded piece that grips the chains was pinched together, rather than being squared off as it should have been. They are possibly unmarked Hobe', but that is not guaranteed.
The bracelet is 7 3/8 inches around when fastened. The necklace is 16 3/4 inches around when fastened. They are in very good condition, except for what was already noted on the bracelet.
"Vintage" means that an item is not recently made & may have been used or worn in the past.
