Collar of Office Marie de Medici Renaissance Era
(3278)

Beautiful chain of office is patterned after one worn by Marie de Medici, wife of Henry IV of France, in a portrait by Alessandro Allori. Marie lived from 1573 to 1642 (see in my Renaissance portrait gallery). The collar has red and black cabochons on 1 5/8 inch antiqued brass filigree settings, with a center front filigree of 2 1/2 inches. Czech glass pearls complete the design. Pin backs on the two filigrees that sit on the shoulder secure the collar to your costume.
**The number of filigrees used in the collar depends on the size you order. Email for availability of other stone color combinations.
Matching jewelry can be found in my other Renaissance jewelry categories, including the matching girdle.
